Very unprofessional people. Highly disappointing product

I ordered this frame with few customization requests. At the time of taking order, they said Ok to whatever I asked. I also requested them to show me before printing but they didn't even after agreeing to. After that they never bothered to answer my messages. Today I just received my frame and it was not what I ordered. They are not capable enough to carry out customization. Also their customer service is so bad that they don't bother to answer ur messages or give update on order status. I was told that max 8 pics can be accomodated but they printed only 6 of them. No text that I gave them. Extremely disappointing frame. They just ruined my gift for my daughter.
