Quality of pictures / size & Irresponsive Customer Support

I placed the order for this Mother's Day frame which I wanted.to send to my mother in Canada.

The day I received and shared my.feedback and asked a question was May 10th on WhaysApp and to this moment I have not received any reply. The pictures sizes on the side are too tiny it could have been enhanced.

Not sending to CA for sure!
